Problems with the launcher?

This page contains information about problems that may occur when using the Launcher.

General launcher problems

If you are experiencing problems with the launcher, first you need to delete the GravitLauncherStore and HillMine folders from %appdata% (press Win+R, type %appdata% and press Enter).

Launcher and website won't start

If the launcher and website won't start, the problem is most likely related to blocking foreign hosting services. According to the law, we cannot publish solutions.

Linux

There may be problems when running on Linux. Linux is not supported due to the small number of users using it. Install Windows 10-11.

ZGC requires Windows version 1803 or later

This error occurs with an older version of Windows 10. To solve the problem, you need to upgrade Windows to the latest version. Windows 7, Windows 8 and below are not supported.
