Personal Data Processing Policy
This policy defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure their security
1. General Provisions

This personal data processing policy has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 'On Personal Data' and defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data taken by Maksimov Dmitry Igorevich (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

2. Basic Concepts Used in the Policy

2.2. Blocking of personal data – temporary termination of processing of personal data (except in cases where processing is necessary to clarify personal data).

2.4. Game servers – Minecraft game servers owned and managed by the Operator, accessible for connection through the Minecraft game client.

2.6. Depersonalization of personal data — actions as a result of which it is impossible to determine without using additional information the belonging of personal data to a specific User or other subject of personal data.
2.7. Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
2.8. Operator – Maksimov Dmitry Igorevich, independently or jointly with other persons organizing and (or) carrying out the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.
2.9. Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable User of the websites https://hillmine.net/, https://old.hillmine.net/, the project's game servers or a participant in the project's communities on social networks and messengers.
2.10. User – any visitor to the websites https://hillmine.net/, https://old.hillmine.net/, player on the project servers, as well as a participant in the project's communities on social networks and messengers.
2.11. Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or a specific circle of persons.
2.12. Distribution of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons (transfer of personal data) or at familiarization with personal data of an unlimited circle of persons, including the publication of personal data in the mass media, placement in information and telecommunications networks or providing access to personal data in any other way.
2.13. Cross-border transfer of personal data – transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign state authority, a foreign individual or a foreign legal entity.
2.14. Destruction of personal data – any actions as a result of which personal data are irretrievably destroyed with the impossibility of further restoring the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) material carriers of personal data are destroyed.
2.15. Cookies — a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends back to the web server in an HTTP request each time it tries to open a page of the corresponding site.
3. The Operator May Process the Following Personal Data of the User
3.1. Nickname (game name) in Minecraft.
3.2. Email address.
3.3. Data necessary for making payments (when using payment systems, data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy of the corresponding payment system).
3.4. IP address.
3.5. Information about the User's browser.
3.6. Access time.
3.7. Also, the site collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including 'cookies') using Internet statistics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, and others).
3.8. Screenshots of the user's game screen, automatically created by the server while the user is playing on the Operator's servers.
3.9. The above data are hereinafter combined under the general concept of Personal Data throughout the Policy.
4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
4.1. The purpose of processing the User's personal data is to provide services for replenishing the in-game balance of a Minecraft player on the Operator's servers and to provide other services specified on the Website.
4.2. The Operator also has the right to send notifications to the User about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The User can always opt out of receiving information messages by sending a letter to the Operator at the email address [email protected] with the note 'Opt out of notifications'.
4.3. Anonymized User data collected using Internet statistics services are used to collect information about User actions on the site, improve the quality of the site and its content.
4.4. Automatic screenshots of the game screen are used by the Operator for security purposes, prevention of violations of the game server rules, resolution of disputes between players, and to improve the quality of the services provided.
5. Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
5.1. The Operator processes the User's personal data only if they are filled in and/or sent by the User independently through special forms located on the websites https://hillmine.net/, https://old.hillmine.net/, during registration and play on game servers, as well as when participating in project communities on social networks and messengers. By filling out the appropriate forms and/or sending their personal data to the Operator, the User expresses their consent to this Policy.
5.2. The Operator processes anonymized data about the User if this is allowed in the User's browser settings (cookie saving and JavaScript technology are enabled).
6. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer and Other Types of Personal Data Processing
6.1. The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of current legislation in the field of personal data protection.
6.2. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent access to personal data by unauthorized persons.
6.3. The User's personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the implementation of current legislation or in cases where this is necessary for the provision of services (for example, when using payment systems).
6.4. In case of inaccuracies in personal data, the User can update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator at the Operator's email address [email protected] with the note 'Update of personal data'.
6.5. The term for processing personal data is unlimited. The User may at any time withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data by sending a notification to the Operator via email to the Operator's email address [email protected] with the note 'Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data'.
7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
7.1. Before starting a cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator is obliged to ensure that the foreign state to whose territory the transfer of personal data is supposed to be carried out provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
7.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to the territories of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements can be carried out only if there is written consent of the personal data subject to the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or the performance of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.
